​At RTPA we understand the importance of teaching mindfulness and self-care practices to children. That's why we're excited to offer our Mindful Mini's program, designed specifically for kids!
Our Mindful Mini's program offers both 1:1 and group sessions, tailored to help children and youth cultivate mindfulness, practice breathing techniques, and explore yoga. Our award winning instructor will guide your child through fun and engaging activities, helping them develop the skills they need to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions in a healthy and productive way.

During our Mindful Mini's sessions, your child will learn and practice a variety of mindfulness techniques, including:
